My top 3 favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Get Out, and The Interview. Forrest Gump is by far my favorite movie, though. I remember growing up it was my older brothers' favorite and at the time I didn't understand why — but I just enjoyed watching it with him because he seemed to like it. But after he moved away I would watch it and think of him, knowing it was his favorite, and realized this movie has EVERYTHING: comedy, action, drama, love, and amazing acting.

On Letterboxd you have to pick your top 4, which is kinda hard. I love to rank things but that 4 spot for me is highly contested. I currently (June 6, 2026) have the original SpongeBob movie at the 4th spot but it is subject to change.

For example my favorite Disney movie is Lilo and Stitch, but my favorite Disney Channel Original movie is Bolt. I could also put the live action Cat in the Hat in that spot — and the list goes on.
